1. Can I get a refund?
  •   If you cancel the registration by 18:00 September 20th, 2016, you can get 70% refund except access fee. Refund is not available after 18:00 September 20th, 2016.
2. When is the deadline for registering LINK OF CINE-ASIA?
  •   For the registration, Online registration is divided into Early-bird and Regular registration. Early-bird registration is due on 20th August, 2016, and Regular registration is due on 20th September, 2016.
3. How can I check my registration?
  •   After registering, information e-mail will be sent. Please contact to homepage administrator(wjddhr4540@filmbusan.kr) if you do not get the e-mail.
4. How can I register ‘LINK OF CINE-ASIA’?
  •   For Early-bird and Regular registration, you can process registration through this homepage. The button below links to the registration page. After registering online, you can get a final-guide email if you are done with payment.
    After completing the process of registration, we will offer you a badge and materials that are necessary to access to the event hall if you show us your ID. If you did not register online, on-site registration is also possible. For the detail, please refer registration page.
5. What should I do if I have a query?
  •   Please send an email to(wjddhr4540@filmbusan.kr), stating your name and company or, you can call us on (+82-51-7200-348) and ask to speak to homepage manager(wjddhr4540@filmbusan.kr). Our lines are open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.(GMT+9). Lines are closed on weekends and public holidays.
6. Can I know the registration and payment process of Cine-Biz ASIA(Business Matching)?
  •   If you are ‘1.Institutions or Companies type’ among 4 business participation types,
    Business meeting registration and payment will be processed following the order of ‘Login - Company Registration- (Confirmation) - Business meeting registration & payment’
    • ① Login – Name, E-mail, Password is needed to join our website
    • ② Company Registration – Register basic information on company and the person in charge.
    • ③ Confirmation – After checking company information, administrator will confirm your company registration. E-mail for payment will be sent to the person in charge of your company.
    • ④ Business meeting registration & payment – Make payment
    • Register complimentary badge information according to the business types.
  • ※ You can register and make payment for extra badges through e-mail sent you after business meeting registration.
